"Dis-moi ce que tu manges, je te dirai ce que tu es." [Tell me what you eat and I will tell you what you are].




 We want to have a healthy lifestyle, but what are the things that we do to make our life healthy. Yes it is easy to said than done. BUT having a healthy lifestyle is not a rocket science that need a special formula to achieve. This start with acceptance and know where to you are. Accepting the fact that you are not healthy can motivate a person that he need to do something not for anybody but for his self.  To know your health status is very important to determine your goal. There are lots and thousand program, diet plans, exercise machine to mention the few that is available to us. But we don't need a all of that we should only do the things that we need. Observing your self is one way of knowing you health status. Take time to listen to your breath, observe your body (when your walking, running or even when your doing your daily routine). This is very important because you will know where to start.


One way to start a healthy lifestyle to monitor your eating habit. When we were young our teacher in elementary thought us the basic food groups. we all know the Go, Glow and Grow, This 3G's is very basic and as part of our curriculum we know it by heart and its true most of us doesn't have a balance meal, For me it is not enough to eat  3x a day we should be aware of what we are eating, it is not the quantity but a quality,this meal can go along way. This topic is very broad and endless. My point is being healthy is not a one day process it is a lifetime advocacy, So do something and start eating QUALITY FOOD NOW!!!
